Ibis only work with permission based communications and are opposed to any form of ‘spamming’ (e-mails sent where the recipient has not provided permission). Spam is almost invariably sent to addresses which have no interest in the topic concerned and as a result can serve little positive purpose for either party and could cause considerable damage to the organisation sending the inappropriate communication.
